The Arc of McLennan County is dedicated to expanding opportunities, care, and support for persons and families impacted by intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Beacon Coaching exists to work with adults with disabilities as they practice real-life skills, build confidence, and navigate everyday moments—through relationship-based, experiential coaching that honors who they are and where they want to go.

We provide support systems and services that empower seniors and people with disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible.

Applied Behavior Ananlysis (ABA) services for adults (18+ years old) with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We are McHur Care, an agency that provides mental and behavioral health support for children and adults who qualify for Medicaid and are struggling with ADD/ADHD, behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, etc. Our program will work with families to provide one on one support for children and adults with their unique behavioral and mental health needs in the home, community or schools.  

STAR Kids is a Texas Medicaid managed care program that provides Medicaid benefits to children and youth 20 and younger who have disabilities. 

Workforce Solutions is under the direction of the Texas Workforce Commission. They help employers find quality candidates by providing services that include: candidate referrals, customized job training programs, job listings, job fair assistance, labor market information, testing and assessment, outplacement services, and layoff aversion strategies. They help job seekers find and retain employment by providing services that include job referrals, job application assistance, job readiness and job search workshops, career exploration, child care assistance, unemployment insurance information, and GED assistance.
